While most assume he's stoic and strict simply because he's usually not smiling, he's actually very sweet and laid back. Though, Sammy is still fairly strict about things, especially when it revovles around work. Being the Founder of the Engineer section, he is serious about his position. He won't take any laziness or assholey on the job. He will kill you. Occasionally he can be seen as a creep and weirdo as well. It's not strange to see him following people around or pestering others constantly to make themselves "cuter". Unfortunately when he was given his personality, the cute little sticker on his lense sent him off the deep end. 

<b>History:</b>
 The little pair of goggles had once belonged to a father. He'd bought them because his daughter had been bugging him about purchasing her a dollhouse, but he wasn't about to buy her some cheap plastic overpriced Barbie dollhouse. His daughter wasn't even all that into pink anyway. Along with the goggles, a bunch of tools and wood had been purchased. The houses construction lasted about three months, especially since the man failed countless times and had also tried to hide it from his daughter. In the end she'd found out and insisted she help. Her definition of help was sticking stickers on everything, including her fathers tools. When her stickers wouldn't stick to the straps of the safety goggles, she stuck it on the lense. It was shortyl after this that the thing had obstructed her fathers vision and he fell and cracked the gogglws near the top.

After that, there wasnt any reason to keep broken tools around so they were tossed out.

○ Thinks Boyce is kawaii simply because of his height. Gave Jin-Sae the nickname "Jinny" in hopes it would make the pervert seem cute. No positive results have come from this experiment.
